Event-wide sponsorship provides Suppliers (up to four) with premium exposure each day at the Event to the Retailers and all participants of TechPoint. This sponsorship includes co-sponsorship of beverages and snacks at The TechPoint® One on One Meeting Area, marketing exposure prior to and throughout the Event with your logo displayed on signage, the website, on marketing materials and imprinted on cups and napkins used at the food and beverage stations in the One on One Meeting Area designating your company as a Sponsor.

 

Host the party that will kick off TechPoint. Be the first to welcome all of the Retailers and Suppliers to Florida. Work collectively with the TechPoint team to “theme” your evening . Choose a theme that is in concert with your message and goals at TechPoint. Receive easel signage with your company logo at the entrance of the reception. Includes a pre-Event e-mail to the Retailers inviting them to the Welcome Reception that you are sponsoring, website visibility and a listing with your logo on the Agenda and onsite promotion to Suppliers and Retailers.

 

Host the keynote as he inspires all of the TechPoint attendees to lead in this new retail innovation age. Your executives may greet all attendees and a representative from your company can set the stage with the opportunity to provide an experience for all of our ‘customers’. Pre-Event mailing of the Keynote’s work will be mailed to all Retailers in advance of the Event. You may include a personalized letter letting the retailers know why your Company is behind the message that will lead TechPoint. Your logo will be featured on the website and with on-site signage.

 

A content-rich seminar series with industry insights into retail trends of today and the future of retail. This sponsorship will include introducing the speaker, having a cut sheet on all attendees’ chairs in the seminar and having your logo on the handout from the speaker. We will distribute a pre-event email invitation to all of the retailers inviting them to the seminar series that you are sponsoring. Your logo will be included in all pre-event materials and the website and on the signage at the entrances of the seminar ballrooms.

 

Your logo will be front and center throughout the Event on the official TechPoint badge pouches (one color logo and badge pouch will be recommended and must be approved by TechPoint).

 

You will have the exclusive opportunity to greet the Retailers at the airport and host the ground transportation for all participants, round trip for the Event. You may distribute promotional handouts in the vehicles. In addition, your logo will be included in pre-event materials and the website and on all of the signs greeting the participants at the airport and hotel. Your logo will be the first and last visual impression of the Event.

 

Provide lunch to all participants both Monday and Tuesday. Your logo will be included on all pre-event materials and website and signage at the lunches. Tent cards will also be positioned on all serving and seated tables for the lunches. You will have the opportunity to showcase one product or signage at lunch each day.

 

Provide the Retailers with one (1) wheeled travel duffel to bring materials received during TechPoint back to their office. Your logo will be on the exterior of the bag which will continue to provide you company exposure to the Retailers long after they have returned home. You may enclose a cut sheet and CD from your Company ensuring your message from TechPoint gets safely back to the office. Website visibility and onsite signage are included.

 

TechPoint will arrange for an evening at the Beach for TechPoint attendees. Your team will host the dinner party. Includes a pre-event e-mail to the Retailers inviting them to the dinner that you are sponsoring (and you may include a company or product cut-sheet), website logo visibility, logo on the Agenda, on-site promotion to Suppliers and Retailers. Your Team can lead the fun and be recognized as the hosts for the dinner.

 

Sponsor an electronic newsletter which will be emailed out to all participants prior to the Event and daily at the Event. This simple, graphic, informational email will include your logo with a link to your website (or special page on your site for a message pertaining to TechPoint. You can include a brief daily message.

 

The closing cocktail reception begins the culmination of the Event. This sponsorship includes a premium bar for thirty minutes prior to the Closing Dinner and Entertainment. Includes a pre-event e-mail to the Retailers inviting them to the Cocktail Reception that you are sponsoring (and you may include a company or product cut-sheet), website logo visibility, logo on the Agenda, on-site promotion to Suppliers and Retailers and your logo imprinted on materials at the Cocktail Reception. One member of your Executive Team may propose a toast welcoming all to the closing reception.

 

Host the pinnacle event at TechPoint! The closing dinner is the culminating event that provides the final impression to the attendees. As the evening’s host, your Company will be “center stage” before, during, and after the Event. Your CEO or President will have the opportunity to appear on stage for a brief opportunity to welcome and thank the guests. Dinner will include a gourmet sit down dinner with all of the amenities set in an elegant surrounding. A printed place card describing the evening’s events and menu will prominently display your company logo. Your Company will have a reserved table for eight in front of the stage.

 

Sponsor the entertainment as TechPoint winds down. Your team can introduce the entertainment on stage and say a few words about your Company and mission. Includes a pre-Event e-mail to the Retailers inviting them to the Entertainment you are sponsoring, website visibility and a listing with your logo on the Agenda and on-site promotion to Suppliers and Retailers. Also includes a “Meet & Greet” with the entertainer for up to four people from your company.

 

Your name or logo will be on pens provided to every attendee of TechPoint. Provide a long lasting and practical tool for TechPoint and the days that follow.

 

Unlock the potential of getting your name in front of attendees by having your logo/message preprinted on the guest room keys. Your message or logo will be featured on every attendee’s room key. An affordable way to maximize your brand or message at TechPoint.

 

Your logo will be seen throughout the Event on tote bags given out at both Retailer and Supplier Badge Pick-up areas. As the Sponsor, you can provide an item to be placed in the bag as well. Your logo will be included with other Sponsors on a page in the Event Directory and on a sign at the Supplier and Retailer Badge Pick-up areas.

 

Highlight your company's presence at the Event with a full page, four-color ad on one of the tabbed sections of the Event Directory. You will be one of seven advertisers for the Event Directory. Submit your print ready art for production in to the three tabs of the Directory. The Event Directory is utilized by attendees at the Event and is referenced throughout the year as well.
