SPONSORSHIPS OPTION F. ONE ON ONE MEETING SPONSOR Event-wide sponsorship provides Suppliers (up to four) with premium exposure each day at the Event to the Retailers and all participants of TechPoint. This sponsorship includes co-sponsorship of beverages and snacks at The TechPoint® One on One Meeting Area, marketing exposure prior to and throughout the Event with your logo displayed on signage, the website, on marketing materials and imprinted on cups and napkins used at the food and beverage stations in the Ballroom designating your company as a Meeting Area Sponsor. OPTION G. WELCOME RECEPTION Host the party that will kick off TechPoint™. Be the first to welcome all of the Retailers and Suppliers to Naples. Choose a theme that is in concert with your message and goals at TechPoint. Receive easel signage with your company logo at the entrance of the reception and table top tent cards with your logo placed throughout the reception. Includes a pre-Event e-mail to the Retailers inviting them to the Welcome Reception that you are sponsoring, website visibility and a listing with your logo on the Agenda and on-site promotion to Suppliers and Retailers. OPTION H. THE MONDAY NIGHT PARTY TechPoint will arrange for an evening out in Seattle for all the TechPoint attendees to see Seattle. Your team will host the outing. Includes a pre-event e-mail to the Retailers. OPTION I. CLOSING NIGHT COCKTAIL RECEPTION The final evening is the culmination of the Event. This sponsorship includes a premium bar for thirty minutes prior to the Closing Dinner and Entertainment. Includes a pre-event e-mail to the Retailers inviting them to the Cocktail Reception that you are sponsoring (and you may include a company or product cut-sheet), website logo visibility, logo on the Agenda, on-site promotion to Suppliers and Retailers and your logo imprinted on materials at the Cocktail Reception. One member of your Executive Team may propose a toast welcoming all to the closing reception. OPTION J. CLOSING DINNER Host the pinnacle event at TechPoint! The closing dinner is the culminating event that provides the final impression to the attendees. As the evening’s host, your Company will be “center stage” before, during, and after the Event. Your CEO/President will have the opportunity to appear on stage for a brief opportunity to welcome and thank the guests. Dinner will include a gourmet sit down dinner with all of the amenities set in an elegant surrounding. A printed place card describing the evening’s events and menu will prominently display your company logo. Your Company will have a reserved table for eight in front of the stage. And you will have the exclusive right to hang banners at the reception. OPTION K. GROUND TRANSPORTATION You will have the exclusive opportunity to greet the Retailers and all of the attendees at the airport and host the ground transportation for all participants, round trip to the Event. You may distribute promotional handouts in the vehicles. In addition, your logo will be included in pre-event materials and the website and on all of the signs greeting the participants at the airport and hotel. Your logo will be the first and last visual impression at the Event. OPTION L. GROUP LUNCHES Provide lunch to all participants both Monday and Tuesday. Your logo will be included on all pre-event materials and website and signage at the lunches. Tent cards will also be positioned on all serving and seated tables for the lunches. You will have the opportunity to showcase one product or signage at lunch each day.   OPTION M. ENTERTAINMENT Includes a pre-Event e-mail to the Retailers inviting them to the Entertainment you are sponsoring, website visibility and a listing with your logo on the Agenda and on-site promotion to Suppliers and Retailers. OPTION N. KEYNOTE Host the keynote as he or she inspires all of the TechPoint attendees to continue to innovate and lead our teams for the future. Your executives may greet all attendees and a representative from your company can set the stage with the opportunity to provide an experience for all of our ‘customers’. Pre-Event mailing of the Keynote’s work (if applicable) will be mailed to all Retailers in advance of the Event. You may include a personalized letter letting the retailers know why your Company is behind the message that will lead TechPoint. OPTION O. GENERAL SESSIONS A content-rich seminar series with industry insights into retail trends of today and the future of retail. This sponsorship will include introducing the speaker, having a cut sheet on all attendees’ chairs in the seminar and having your logo on the handout from the speaker. We will distribute a pre-event email invitation to all of the retailers inviting them to the seminar series that you are sponsoring. Your logo will be included in all pre-event materials and the website and on the signage at the entrances of the seminar ballrooms. OPTION P. EVENT BADGE POUCHES Your logo will be front and center throughout the Event on the official TechPoint badge pouches (one color logo and badge pouch will be recommended and must be approved by TechPoint). OPTION Q. MONDAY NIGHT LATE NIGHT PARTY As the Monday night Dinner concludes and all of the attendees gather back to the Sheraton; you will host a late night party to wind down the evening. The perfect setting for providing an elegant end to the day. Cocktails and desserts will be served. Pre-event Marketing, website visibility, cocktail napkins with your logo and onsite signage are included. OPTION R. RETAILER WHEELED TRAVEL DUFFELS Provide the Retailers with one (1) wheeled travel duffel to bring materials received during TechPoint back to their office. Your logo will be on the exterior of the bag which will continue to provide you company exposure to the Retailers long after they have returned home. You may enclose a cut sheet and CD from your Company ensuring your message from TechPoint gets safely back to the office. Website visibility and onsite signage are included. TechPoint will not offer nor sell any additional badges outside of those provided for in your Presentation Packages and/or as identified above relevant to Event Sponsorships.
